Jordan Chronopoulos has achieved tremendous success early in his real estate career. He is knowledgeable, energetic, and personable — three traits that have allowed him to become one of DC's rising stars.
Jordan has always had an entrepreneurial bent. A friend of the family inspired him to give real estate a shot, so he got his license in 2017 while still attending Montgomery College. After graduating in 2019, he dove into real estate full time.
Over the past five years, Jordan has proven himself in the real estate business. He is a top 5% DC metro agent and the youngest person ever on the Board of Directors for GCAAR. In 2020 he closed $10 million, and in 2021, his first year as a solo agent, he closed over $21 million. He was also named the 2021 GCAAR Rookie of the Year.
Jordan's family has been involved in residential and commercial construction all his life, and much of his childhood was spent on job sites. As a result, he is well-versed in the construction of homes as well as what it takes to complete a renovation. Perhaps even more importantly, he has the drive to outwork his peers.
As Jordan looks ahead, he remains passionate about growing his business, serving his clients, and giving back to the community.
