Jessica was born in Lima, Peru, came to Washington DC in the 1980s, and absolutely fell in love with the area. Service and communication (She's bilingual) have been important pillars of her professional life. This, along with her understanding of people's needs and being a problem solver have prepared her well for a life in real estate. She also worked for a few years as a reporter at Spanish-language newspapers in the area, as well as some on-air television experience for a local cable news program.
