Seeking to expand her expertise, Erica transitioned into the real estate settlement field, working for three years as a transaction coordinator for a local title company in Bethesda. This role allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the closing process and the intricacies involved in ensuring smooth property transactions.
With a strong foundation in both mortgage banking and real estate settlements, Erica took a significant step in her career by moving into the sales side of real estate. Currently, she serves as a dedicated buyer and seller agent with RLAH @properties in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Her extensive background enables her to effectively communicate with all parties involved in a transaction, ensuring her clients are well-informed and confident throughout the entire home-buying or selling process.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Erica is deeply involved in her community in Woodmoor, Silver Spring. Her commitment to community engagement extends to Saint Bernadette School, where all three of her children have attended. Erica's family is an integral part of her life. Her youngest daughter attends Saint Bernadette School, while her oldest daughter, Chloe, is currently a sophomore at Georgetown Visitation. Her son, Cole, recently graduated from Clemson University and is an assistant project manager for a building company.
