After six years within the mortgage banking sector, Erica transitioned to the real estate settlement aspect of the home-buying process. For three years, she worked as a transaction coordinator for a local title company in Bethesda. Sixteen years later, Erica embraced a pivotal role in the sales side of the home-buying process, serving as both a buyer and seller agent with the RLAH Brokerage in Potomac. Her background in mortgage banking and real estate settlements equips her with the ability to effectively communicate with all parties involved in a transaction, ensuring that clients are well-prepared throughout the entire real estate process.

Her younger daughter, Jules, is attending Clemson University, and her son, Joe, is a senior at Gonzaga. The family also includes their beloved pup, Boomer. During her leisure time, she enjoys hiking in the Shenandoah Mountains, and she is an enthusiastic oil painter, potter, gardener, and devoted practitioner of hot yoga.
