Tim Hursen

Tim is originally from Pittsburgh, graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a Mechanical Engineering degree. After graduation, he started buying rental properties, at one point owning 25 investment properties. Over the years he became an expert in the field of property management and worked for many well-known companies including William C Smith, CLARK, Boston Financial and WINN. His background enables him to speak confidently about electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, building materials and pricing. Tim's background and experience make him a valuable resource to both first-time homebuyers and investors. Over the last 3 years, they sold more than 120 properties for a total sales volume in excess of $59 million.
