Mercedes ‘Meche' Martinez is a Michigan native who has happily called D.C. home since 2012. She has a background in local politics but upon arriving in DC fell in love with the history, culture, and architecture and quickly began immersing herself in the Real Estate scene. She's committed to expertly guiding home buyers and sellers through the sales process by equipping them with the information necessary to make smart and informed decisions, all while easing fears, anticipating needs, and making the experience enjoyable! Meche loves all things DIY and HGTV and enjoys walks at the Anacostia River Park, boxing, and trying out new recipes. She serves on the advisory board of the Douglass Community Land Trust.
