After 6 years in the US Army as a commissioned officer and more than 20 years working in marketing and sales for large corporations, Maribeth was motivated to apply her strengths in a more personal way by embarking on her career as a Realtor® in 2014. Since then she has helped dozens of clients buy, sell or rent real estate in the DMV area. Realizing that this most significant financial transaction can also be very emotional, Maribeth focuses on handling all the details, big and small, so her clients can focus on finding that perfect home or selling for top dollar so they can move on to the next stage in their life. When she isn't working with clients, Maribeth is relaxing at home in Arlington with her husband, Howard Watson and their rescue dog Harley. They both enjoy going for runs, food and fun times with their local "framily", traveling and spending time with their extended family which now includes four grandchildren. Maribeth volunteers at Arlington Neighborhood Village, a non-profit assisting seniors who want to age in place and is learning to play the drums in her spare time.
