Catrina is a native Washingtonian; who has an intimate understanding of the community and superior knowledge of the area market. She grew up in the Petworth neighborhood of D.C. where she earned her MBA in Accounting and worked as a Finance Manager for the District government. Catrina is analytical and savvy at conducting market analysis and negotiating contracts which she demonstrates when helping sellers market their homes and first-time homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership. As a licensee in DC, MD and VA she also helps renters and business owners with their commercial real estate needs.
