My approach to real estate is derived from the business-to-business corporate sales world I spent twenty years in: consultative relationship building, extensive knowledge of the market, strategic negotiation and aggressive advocacy for clients.  I like to get to know my clients by understanding their lifestyle and listening to establish what their needs and wants are. I then incorporate proven strategies using multiple factors based on their goal - whether it's to sell or to buy.
