Tiana Troy is originally from the East Coast, New Jersey, but has been in Chicago for 22 years and truly has developed a love for Chicago's architecture, people and neighborhoods. Each neighborhood, whether city or suburb, has its own uniqueness but yet also has inclusivity, fibers and glue needed for the total love and comradery.
Tiana Troy really has a passion for working with people and details, identifying the tasks and required sequence, creating and seeing through plans, successful execution and closing the project or deal really are exciting in real estate as well as life. An avid homeowner since early 2000s with owning 4 properties, real estate has really grown to be a passion. Tiana's strengths have been the attention to detail, being a timely and trusted liaison between real estate brokers, contractors, financial brokers, attorneys and buy/sellers, listening and executing have essentially been monumental in moving everyone forward for the total win. During the housing market crash of 2008, Tiana closed on one of the first successful short sales which she attributes her success in such a unique economic situation to her relentless laser focus on the details and commitment to closing the deal. Her experience in deployment of new construction commercial projects as well as having experienced building 2 new construction personal residential properties has truly been life-changing experiences which will be an asset for all future clients.
Tiana Troy moved to Chicago in 2000 to pursue a job opportunity and continuing education. The early years were focused on the completion of educational goals with her undergraduate degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University, Masters of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, Career in IT/Project Management, spanning from Sr. Network Engineering to Sr. Project Manager and most recently the joys of motherhood. Tiana Troy has lived in the Des Plaines area for 2 years however has been a resident in many Chicagoland neighborhoods over years past (South Loop, Evanston, Skokie, Darien, Bolingbrook, Kenwood, Burnside, Bronsville to name a few). She can gladly say that Chicago has become a great place to call home for her and her son to live, prosper and thrive.
