Miranda is an Indiana native. She lives in downtown Indianapolis with her husband and two kids. Miranda specializes in helping first time buyers and finds joy in breaking down the process of home buying and walking alongside buyers through the ups and downs. While she lives and works primarily in downtown Indianapolis, Miranda also has extensive knowledge about rural purchasing and works in Marion and surrounding counties to help buyers find properties on acreage. Miranda has excellent communication skills. She stays calm under pressure, is an active listener, and is a true advocate for her clients. She believes a win-win situation exists for every buy/sell and has built her business on honesty and integrity. Miranda renovates homes in her spare time and uses this knowledge to guide buyers and sellers through the listing and inspection processes. She's a big fan of neighbors helping neighbors, and is active in her local community. When she's not working with buyers/sellers you'll find her renovating her own home or biking around Indianapolis with her family.
