Kate is a born Hoosier and has called Indianapolis home since 2006. She entered into the world of real estate in 2009 when she and her husband took on their first gut renovation in downtown Indy. Kate has expertise in marketing your listing, historic neighborhoods, new construction, renovations, and investment properties. Kate's knowledge of living and working in Indianapolis is vast. Whether its figuring out what school district you are eligible for, what neighborhood is the best fit, or deciding between turn-key or renovation, Kate is there to guide you every step of the way. She has previously served on the Herron Morton Place Association and Land Use Committee. In her free time, Kate loves spending time with her family, going to yoga, and trying out all Indy's foodie restaurants.
