Aberlynn ‘Abee' began her career in sales as a teen producing custom-made jewelry for elite North Shore boutiques. As her creative flare for fashion grew to include a line of airbrush clothing, she expanded her business through her ability to sell her creations. During her college days, she worked as a resident assistant in a private dormitory which included providing touring families on the ‘upscale advantages' of private dorm living versus public accommodations. After she graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison she headed back to her home in the Chicagoland area where she pursued a career in advertising, marketing, and e-commerce. This career afforded her the ability to be creative and work in sales and with people. When she successfully negotiated and purchased her first Lincoln Park property while in her twenties without an agent, she knew she had a calling for real estate. Abee realized the pride of home ownership and wanted to share this experience with others. Soon she became part of the Board of Directors at the condo association where she resided learning even more about the operational aspects of high-rise buildings including buying, selling, renting, and general management.
Her actual real estate career was officially launched (2003) when a top producer encouraged her to become a REALTOR® at her agency. She hit the ground running and received awards from The Chicago Association of REALTORS® and an international real estate company. Abee's greatest satisfaction is helping people find their dream home, sell, or rent their existing property with ease, and at the end of the day come away with a sense of gratification with the process. Assisting clients to negotiate smartly, strategize wisely, and succeed provides her with immense motivation. Her solid base of repeat clients is a true testament to her real estate acumen, charismatic personality, and principles.
For fun Aberlynn enjoys being active at her favorite health club ‘Midtown'. She continues to enjoy her creativity as an artist, volunteering, spending quality time with family and visiting friends. Abee resides in Chicago with her children and their precious rescue dog.
