Kiva, a Midwest native, discovered his passion for real estate upon returning to Chicago in 2014 after living in Colorado.
As an owner and manager of a multi-family investment property, and an Airbnb in the Ukrainian Village, Kiva applies his extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for real estate to assist each of his clients with their unique needs. When Kiva is not exploring the diverse neighborhoods of Chicago on his bike, marveling at their unique charm, he puts his classical culinary training to work by cooking for friends, family, and soon-to-be wife, most likely with a mezcal negroni in hand.
