Kiva, a Midwest native, discovered his passion for real estate upon returning to Chicago in 2014 after living in Colorado.

When Kiva is not exploring the diverse neighborhoods of Chicago on his bike, marveling at their unique charm, he puts his classical culinary training to work by cooking for friends, family, and soon-to-be wife, most likely with a mezcal negroni in hand.
