New to @properties in 2021, Andrew Dow has a knack for making fast friends of all who meet him, a skill established over the past 16 years he has spent bartending at the neighborhood cocktail lounge he owns in Hamtramck. Andrew has lived in the Detroit area for his entire life (15+ years in Hamtramck) and has been a member of the Hamtramck DDA for over 10 years. He is very familiar with both residential and commercial properties. An appreciation of historical properties and mid-century modern architecture and design, Andrew is more than willing to discuss the potential of many structures. The most gratifying part of being a real estate agent for Andrew is being able to meet new people and help clients find the perfect fit in a new home or assist in finding the right buyers when a change is desired.
