I began my career at my family-owned real estate franchise brokerage- Century 21 McMullen Real Estate, Inc.- in 1997 working as a part-time administrative assistant. As my industry knowledge grew, so did my responsibility within the company. I was the first to develop the company’s online presence in addition to many lead-generating marketing campaigns that followed.
I worked at the company throughout college and graduate school. I obtained my BS in Business Management from DePaul University in 2002- graduating Summa Cum Laude and in the top 5% of my class. I then obtained my MBA with a concentration in Leadership and Change Management from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in 2006- graduating With Distinction and in the top 10% of my class.
Soon thereafter, I left the company and took on management positions in various industries, including options trading on the CBOE, sports marketing and national media sales, and corporate pharmacy and healthcare marketing for a national drugstore chain- where I managed budgets in excess of $12,000,000.
I returned to the family business in 2010 as Vice President of Business Development and Chief Marketing Officer, as well as a licensed real estate broker. I continued to develop and innovate all areas of the business in order to streamline operations, generate leads, and increase profits. I helped lead the company in achieving historic local, national, and global awards. Century 21 McMullen was the #1 real estate brokerage on the Northwest side of Chicago, the #1 Century 21 Office in Illinois, in the Top 10 Century 21 Offices in the USA, and in the Top 20 Century 21 Offices in the World.
Century 21 McMullen was acquired by Coldwell Banker Realty in August 2017. I was most recently the District Vice President of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Northwest Region, which was comprised of 6 offices and over 500 real estate brokers, with over $1,250,000,000 in annual sales volume.
In February of 2021, I joined @properties Christie's International Real Estate, the #1 real estate brokerage in the Chicagoland area, as Vice President of Education and Broker Development. Here, I work on the Training and Coaching Team to create and lead programs focused on business development, marketing, and sales, as well as the company’s trademarked suite of technology applications.
