Colleen Halloran understands that words like "place" and "home" are meaningful to our sense of belonging.  Helping people realize their dream of belonging somewhere ultimately led to her career in real estate.

As an educator, Colleen has a wealth of experience in problem-solving and service.  Her passion for teaching has been instrumental to her students' success year after year.  She brings that same knowledge and individualized attention to each transaction and allows her clients to accomplish their goals.  She is meticulous in her care and often times exceeds client expectations.

As a lifelong Chicagoan, Colleen has been a resident in the Edgewater neighborhood for the past 30 years. She values community and feels relationships are a vital part of a purposeful life.  She has a passion for the arts and can be found supporting any number of dance and theater companies in the city and beyond.  When not working with a client, Colleen volunteers at charity events to support local animal shelters.  There is never a shortage of something to do in and around this wonderful city.   If the need should arise, Colleen would be delighted to work with you on your real estate needs.
