A cozy home to rent from fall through spring. All of the convenience that a home has to offer in the serene environment of "up north". The home is fully furnished. Cats will not be allowed under any circumstances, due to owner's allergies. Dogs will be considered, and an additional pet fee will be assessed. Renters will have access to all of the amenities of Lakewood Shores. Several beaches, pickle ball court, golf courses etc. Renter will not have access to the garage on the property. Renter must provide proof of employment, make 2.5 times the rent, pass a background/credit check that is paid for by the renter -$50.00 fee. Renter will have to pay for utilities in addition to rent. Renter will NOT pay for Property Owner Association fee, the Landlord will pay this.
