773.862.0200Kevin specializes in representing clients who purchase and sell condominiums, townhomes, single-family homes and income property within the city of Chicago. Communities served: Andersonville, Bucktown, Buena Park, Burnham Park/South Loop/Printers Row/Dearborn Park, Edgewater, Gold Coast, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Ravenswood, River North, Streeterville, Wrigleyville and surrounding areas.
Kevin is highly knowledgeable about the city of Chicago and its residential market. He is ranked in the top 1% of all Chicago Realtors and in the top 5 Listing Agents for Lakeview. His business is largely based on enthusiastic referrals by past clients and includes buyers & sellers with a diverse range of needs and price points. Purchasing real estate is an important step to financial independence and Kevin's approach to this business is focused on the client with an eye on the important details. He is also enthusiastic, high-energy, extremely effective and always results driven. Kevin has chosen to sell as an individual broker rather than form a team in order to provide his clients and their homes the individual service and attention they deserve.
Kevin holds several professional designations including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and he recently completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). Less than 40,000 REALTORS hold the CRS designation. As an ABR, he is only one of only 4% of America's more than 1.4 million Realtors that have learned to effectively represent buyers and address their individual needs. The CRS & GRI are the most recognized professional designations in the real estate industry and helps Realtors achieve a keen understanding of the new technology, laws and procedures in the real estate business. Both of these designations are essential tools as buyers and sellers become more sophisticated and effective representation requires an ever increasing level of professionalism.
Kevin's career in real estate is based largely on his own personal experiences buying rental income properties. Prior to going into real estate, he worked as an Account Manager with Leo Burnett, USA, on the Miller Lite & Philip Morris accounts. After working in advertising, Kevin moved to aviation management with United Airlines in Labor Relations and held a position as an Operational Supervisor specializing in on-time reliability & passenger profiling.
After college, Kevin served four years in the U.S. Air Force as a Flight Operations Airman with a F-16 Squadron in South Korea and a Combat Search & Rescue Squadron at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.
Kevin's extra curricular activities include active support and volunteering with the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition; tennis; surfing (he attended an intense one week surfing school in Malibu). He also has traveled extensively around the globe.
Kevin is proud to call himself a "Realtor" and believes that home ownership is essential to anyone's financial well-being and independence.
