Briana holds a Masters in Advertising from DePaul and spent many years in marketing and advertising in both corporate and agency settings, prior to Real Estate. With this, she is able to market her clients homes with unique ideas and materials, grabbing the audience's attention and producing top dollar for her sellers. Briana is also a Certified Staging Consultant and helps her clients stage their homes pre-market, which sets her listings up for success.
When working with buyers, she creates a unique full-service experience from start to finish. As an expert in her local areas, she can help her clients make the best financial purchase while finding their dream home. With experts in every field at her finger tips (from inspectors, attorneys, contractors to landscapers), Briana becomes a one-stop shop for her clients. Whether a seasoned or first time buyer, she makes the buying experience stress-free.
In addition to her marketing command, Briana has expert knowledge of social media strategies, strong communication and negotiation skills. Born, raised and now residing in Hinsdale with her husband and three children, she is actively involved in school and local activities.
